Great Service and Beautiful Beach We had a really good time during our recent stay at this hotel. the staff was amazing, they were really friendly and helpful. We felt like they really cared about making our stay enjoyable. the beach was stunning, one of the nicest we have seen. the sand was soft and white, and the water was crystal clear. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located close to a lot of restaurants and shops, which we enjoyed exploring.

Lack of Variety in Food Unfortunately, we were not very impressed with the food at this hotel. the buffet lacked variety and we often found ourselves struggling to find something we wanted to eat.

The beach was amazing with soft sand and many chairs and palapas available. The staff was helpful, especially the door man who assisted with heavy luggage and Miguel who always found us a beach spot. The Christmas decor was lovely and added to the festive atmosphere.

The buffet was busy and noisy, and some of the food was not always hot or cold. The bartenders were not always consistent with making drinks, which was a bit disappointing.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, not far from Varadero downtown, is ideal for those who want to explore the area and enjoy real entertainment. Plus, being close to the beach provided by Marbelys is a huge bonus. The service from the staff is exceptional, and the basic amenities in the rooms, such as the water in the fridge and the safe, are a nice touch. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including made-to-order omelettes, which are a must-try.
